Role Description

As a key member of our marketing and digital team, you’ll play a vital role in managing the online presence of multiple brands, ensuring consistency, engagement, and performance across all platforms.

We’re seeking a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with structure — someone who enjoys planning, scheduling, and optimising content while staying in tune with the latest trends and insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple brand social media accounts (agency experience is a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (experience with YouTube and X will be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ad Manager, or other scheduling tools
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
  • Excellent copywriting and caption writing skills with strong attention to brand tone and audience engagement.
  • Ability to analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a drive to improve content quality and performance.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and community engagement best practices.
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Content Management:

Update and maintain content sheets for multiple brands.
Oversee posting and scheduling for accounts across platforms.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Prepare monthly performance reports for multiple brands: (Client Brands/ Internal Brands)
Conduct weekly performance checks and suggest improvements.

  • Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with designers and writers to create relevant captions and ensure consistent brand tone.
Manage asset folders and maintain post schedules for the accounts.

  • Strategy & Trends:

Maintain an idea bank with inspiration, trends, and campaign references.
Manage general ad campaigns based on pre-set templates for the brands.
Stay updated on social media best practices, trends, and audience insights.
