As we enter a decisive phase of growth and modernisation, we are looking for a high-energy Sales and Marketing Executive to drive our business development efforts and strengthen our market leadership. Located in Colombo, the company prioritises delivering high-quality services tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Sales and Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our 45-year credibility into new business milestones. We believe that creativity must be structured, and we need a professional who can bring a results-driven mindset to our creative gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute innovative market strategies specifically for the corporate gifting and merchandising sector.
  • Sales Pitches: Conduct persuasive and professional sales pitches to potential corporate clients, offering tailored merchandising solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and optimise sales pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of high-value opportunities.
  • Target Driven: Work closely with the existing sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and group growth objectives.
